Checkout, stock, invoices, attendance and reports in one app
The everyday jobs of a small business, ready to use and shaped to your business. Ask Sora in plain words when you want something changed.
Barcode scanning and receipt printing
Scan with a USB or Bluetooth scanner or your phone camera, and print receipts to a 58 mm Bluetooth printer. Bluetooth printing works in Chrome on Android and desktop, not in Safari on iPhone.
Checkout that works offline
No signal at the counter? Keep selling. Sales are saved on your phone and sent once you are online again, without being counted twice. Other pages need a connection.
Pieces, boxes and wholesale prices
Sell the same product by the piece, box or pack at different prices, with a wholesale price from a set quantity. The right price applies by itself and stock drops by the right number of pieces.
Stock list, restock and stock count
Stock goes down as you sell. See what to buy again, then count the shelf: Sora shows each difference and corrects the stock. Only the owner sees the value of the gaps.
Customer credit and supplier debt
Record customer credit or goods you bought on supplier credit with a due date, then each payment. The balance drops by itself and turns paid when it reaches zero.
Invoices, receipts and printable documents
Numbers fill in automatically (for example INV/2026/10/0001). Print an invoice or document, or save it as a PDF from the print window.
Employee attendance
Employees tap In and Out on their own phone. The server fills in the time and name, so nobody types a fake time. The owner sees days present and an estimated pay, not a payslip.
Monthly reports and local tax estimates
Review turnover, cost of goods, expenses and profit from your own records. Local features include Indonesian tax estimates; these are estimates, not tax advice or a substitute for local accounting.
WhatsApp receipts and reminders
Sora fills in the message from your data and opens the chat; you tap send. Sora does not send messages by itself.
Order link and status link
Share one link and customers pick items and place an order. Each record can also have a status link that shows only the fields you choose. Anyone with a link can open it, so share it with care.
Quick note
Type or say what happened, for example a sale or an expense. Sora reads it into a draft that you check before saving.
From Excel or a notebook to an app
Start from a ready-made template for a grocery store, restaurant, laundry, caterer, online shop, workshop, salon, room rental or cash book without AI. Import Excel or CSV rows, and export to Excel whenever you like.

What is Sora?

Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe what you need in plain words, and you can also start from a ready-made template without using AI at all.
Can I use Sora as a cashier app?
Yes. Pick items, record payments, scan barcodes, print receipts to a Bluetooth printer and keep selling when the signal drops. Stock goes down as you sell. Indonesian businesses can also show their own QRIS code.
Is my data safe? What happens to fields I remove?
Nothing changes until you apply a proposal, and every applied change is saved as a version you can restore. Removed fields and collections are archived, not dropped. Owners and admins can download all data as one Excel file at any time.
